We want you to be completely satisfied with what you have bought!
The customer has the right within a period of 10 days from delivery of the goods to revoke the contract without giving reasons and to return the goods.
and to return the goods; in these cases TM Trading GmbH will return the payments made step by step against return of the goods. Excluded from the right of return are cases in which the goods were manufactured according to customer specifications or which are not suitable for return due to their nature. In the case of a delivery in
several parts, the start of the return period is extended until you have received the remaining delivery(s).
If you wish to return an item, please specify it on the back of this form. We will transfer the appropriate amount of money back to your bank account. Meanwhile, you can place a regular order in our online store with your new desired item(s)
How to return your order
1. INITIATE RETURN - To initiate a return, you must first pre-register it in your customer profile. Go to the "Orders" section and select "Register return" for your order. To complete the registration, follow the instructions on the online form.
2. PACKAGE RETURN - Use the original packaging or your own shipping carton and packing materials to ensure that the original items are securely packed for shipment. We will not accept returned merchandise if the original packaging is damaged or has been damaged by improper packaging. Include the return shipping label you received after completing Step 1 before sealing the package.
3. SHIP RETURN - Take the packaged return to a post office or delivery point of your choice, e.g. Post, GLS, UPS, DPD, Hermes, etc. Please keep the receipt of the service provider until we confirm the receipt of your return by e-mail.
4. YOUR RETURN - We will process your return as soon as possible. You will be informed about the status of your return by email. Please give our team a few days to make sure everything goes through correctly. We will get back to you if you have any questions.
